5 Best Products for
Anxiety Relief and
Better Sleep

Hemp and CBD products are making their way into the mainstream, especially for relief from anxiety and the sleeplessness that often comes with it. In fact, they have become one of the hottest wellness trends. However, there are so many hemp and CBD products available it can be hard to find reputable products that work. So many of them don't, and knowing where to buy and who to buy from is the key to getting relief.

To take the guesswork out of it for you, I've listed below the five hemp and CBD products that actually work. I've tried each of them and gotten amazing results. If you're into natural remedies (like me) and care about what you put in your body, give one of these a try.

These products are all hemp-derived, so they ship to all 50 states.

five Full-Spectrum Hemp Tincture and Gummies

If you haven't heard of five before now, I'll give you a brief assessment of why they are the best full-spectrum products on the market in terms of quality and value (in my opinion). five's products use a high-quality hemp extract that contains an industry-leading 5:1 ratio of hemp to beneficial minor compounds. Most companies dilute their hemp extract to around 25:1, thereby making the product less effective. five's hemp products are sourced from the best US hemp farms and manufactured in GMP-certified facilities. Quite simply, this means that five is a brand you can trust.

five was launched to address the two main concerns of potential hemp consumers: quality and price. In addition, they made a commitment to deliver products packed with all of the amazing benefits of hemp extract such as terpenes, flavonoids, phytonutrients, and, of course, minor compounds. These full-spectrum hemp compounds work together to provide powerful relief that actually works. Point for point, they are comparable in quality to any of the top brands below but cost much less. This was enough for me to give them a try, and their efficacy was enough to keep me using them.

I suggest the citrus or chocolate mint flavors in the oil as well as the sleep gummies. If you're an experienced hemp connoisseur, consider their 50mg daily buzz gummies with full-spectrum hemp compounds for maximum effectiveness.

Medterra Ultra Broad Spectrum™ Liquid Capsules

This is one of the most popular brands in the world and is easy to find in retailers such as CVS and Walgreens, which is a big plus. They offer one of the most unique CBD products on the market called Ultra Broad Spectrum. This utilizes a unique process to remove the THC while keeping all of the other beneficial hemp compounds. The result is a THC-free product for maximum relief.

Medterra also offers a wide variety of products, including pain creams, pet treats, tinctures, and gummies, just to name a few. My personal favorite for helping drift off to sleep is their all-natural sleep gummy, which contains CBD, lemon balm, melatonin, and chamomile. I also like the calming gummies, which are great for those who have trouble taking capsules (or have a sweet tooth!).

Medterra Ultra Broad Spectrum Liquid CBD Capsules are available in 50mg strength, and Medterra Sleep Gummies are available in Strawberry.

Vena CBD - Soaking Salts

There's almost nothing more relaxing than a hot bath unless it's a hot bath with Vena CBD Soaking Salts. They provide the ultimate relaxation experience. Infused with eucalyptus and jojoba oil, they hydrate your skin and soothe sore muscles, which can help you relax and sleep better. The skin has CBD receptors, so soaking in it is a great way to reduce inflammation caused by skin issues, relieve anxiety, and help you sleep. I like to use these salts after a long run to ease sore muscles with the added benefit of relaxation that helps me sleep. Each bag contains 300mg of CBD, add one cup to a hot bath.

In addition, Vena has other products like gummies and tinctures, but their soaking salts really stand out.
Price: $0.08/mg (soaking salts), $0.06/mg tinctures

Charlotte's Web CBD OIL: 50MG CBD/1ML

Another well-known brand, this multipurpose full-spectrum CBD oil provides relief from a variety of conditions ranging from muscle pain to supporting a sense of calm and focus but is a pricier option than most. The product is exceptionally consistent but will set you back almost double compared to others on this list.

Many don't care for the subtle earthy flavor of CBD, which is why you see so many flavored tinctures out there. This oil comes in Chocolate Mint, Lemon Twist, Orange Blossom, and Olive Oil Natural, so your flavor options are limited, but if you don't mind the flavor, the benefits are well worth it.

Original Formula CBD Oil 50MG CBD/ML comes in two sizes (100ml and 30ml). Charlotte's Web also offers gummies, capsules, and topicals. Their hemp is not yet certified organic, although they are working on it.
Price: $0.08/mg (50mg Original Oil)

NuLeaf Naturals

With three product types and a range of sizes, this company has a smaller product range than most of the brands on this list. No gummies, nothing super fancy, only high-quality product, mainly its tinctures. Each contains 60 milligrams of CBD per milliliter, so you get the same amount of CBD no matter what size you buy.

The product is remarkably consistent across all batches. Their down-to-earth products include a tincture, capsules, and CBD oil for pets. If you like the product, larger sizes are available in packs that can help lower the price.

Compared to other high-quality CBD brands, NuLeaf is by far the priciest on the list. They offer several product sizes, so you can try them out at a lower price before you commit to a larger amount. If you are looking for products such as capsules, topicals, and gummies, this may not be the right brand for you. And if you do not like a more natural tasting product, you may not care for the flavor. Overall, a great product but overpriced compared to others on the list.
Price: $0.11/mg (900mg Tincture)
